You can install the Magento extension as per the following instructions:
Download the attached package from the email that will be sent upon subscription – Egrove_Mobile-0.0.3.tgz
Login to the website, go to System >>Magento Connect >>Magento Connect Manager
Click on “Choose File” option which you can see in the “Direct Package File Upload” in option number 2
Select module from your computer (Egrove_Mobile-0.0.2.tgz) and click “Upload”
After successful upload, click Refresh or Check for Upgrades
Logout from the admin panel and log back in into the admin panel
