Contactless Delivery
Customers can now opt for a contactless delivery when placing an order that ensures minimal or zero contact during delivery for a safer shopping experience. The delivery executive would then leave the delivery on a clean surface outside the doorsteps of the customer, thus minimising the risk of transmission of any infection.

Not all customers would be available at their homes to receive the delivery of products. EMC’s scheduled delivery allows customers to select their preferred delivery time slots and timings for convenience. Store owners can define their own delivery slots that customers can choose while ordering.
